Laya Vantage Systems is my new vantage point. It is the intersection of my experience and my imagination.
The name “Laya” is inspired by the pursuit of the “happiest place on earth”—a search for purpose and clarity that I now bring to the world of technology. In this chapter, I’ve traded the corporate grind for a framework of equanimity and balance. I still play to win, but I’ve redefined what the “win” looks like. I’ve found that it takes more courage to be curious than it does to be “right,” and more perseverance to build a balanced win than a zero-sum one.
